Construction Method

Base processing

Construction surface should be clean, strong and smooth, no empty drum, no pulverization, no dust, no oil stain and other loose materials. Correctly handle base surface to obtain good leveling effect is important.

Stirring and mixing

Add water into the container first, and then add the powder in proportion, with an electric mixer at the same time into uniform no grain of paste, let stand for 5 minutes and make a little stir again can use. Mixing ratio: 【 water: powder = (8-9) kg: 25 kg】

Construction and maintenance

•  Stir with scraper will good putty with the base surface, and then erased, general wipe scraping 2-3 times
•  The construction of every times the thickness of 0.5 ~ 1 mm (more than the thickness should be stratified batch), two times construction time interval about 4 hours (depends on the weather)
•  The last time after completion of construction, with fine sand paper 1 ~ 2 days will leave a mark or uneven of the construction of sand, grinding the metope after dust clean
•  The scraping putty layer can be carried out after proper water curing, can accelerate the alkali subsided, 3 ~ 7 days later when the PH value in meeting the requirements of the coating, can besmear brushes a variety of coatings.

Matters Attention

• This product is suitable for use in 5 to 40 ℃ environment
• Not in the rain under the condition of construction
• Stir well putty should be finished in 2 to 3 hours, shall be maintained during intermittent stirring
• Avoid by all means will have hard putty water mixing before use.
